WHere do i start?

Start with SCULPT FOUNDATIONS. This class is designed to teach you everything you need to know, including the reformer, springs, technique, breathing and proper form. Once you feel comfortable, you can progress into our Signature and Core classes with confidence.
What do i bring with me?
Wear comfortable activewear, bring a water bottle and grip socks. If you don’t have grip socks yet, they are available to purchase at the studio.

how early should i arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so we can introduce you to the reformer, show you around the studio and answer any questions before class begins.

How many classes should i do?

For the best results, we recommend attending 2–3 classes per week. Consistency is the key to building strength, improving fitness and seeing lasting results.

Should i get a membership or class pack?

If you plan on making Pilates part of your routine, a membership is the best value.
Our memberships offer the lowest cost per class, priority access to regular bookings, and help you stay consistent with your training. Plus, any unused weekly classes roll over for one additional week, giving you extra flexibility when life gets busy.
A class pack is a great option if you have an unpredictable schedule or can’t commit to attending every week, but the cost per class is higher than a membership.
Do the memberships have a lock-in contract?
